Meet the SLT

In 20 years of senior leadership experience, I have led one school out of special measures as Headteacher, and supported another through inspection and lockdown as a part-time Interim Executive Headteacher. I have also worked as an independent education consultant and have been the Chair of another MAT’s Standards Board. I have been in role as a School Improvement Leader with St Christopher's Trust since September 2020 and am currently studying for the National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership.

I have a passion for building relationships and school systems that support, challenge and help to get the best out of others, to make a difference for all children, especially for the hardest to reach families.

I am very much looking forward to getting to know the St Michael's school community better and helping leaders steer the school through the next phase in it's journey to secure the very best school leadership for the future.
